Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and require 1–5 business days for production before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been produced and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are shipped using one of the following carriers:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS Ground
We select the shipping method depending on availability, shipping time, cost, and order size.
Delivery Estimates
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: Typically 3-6 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: Typically 2-4 business days
- UPS Ground: Typically 3-6 business days
Please note that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Looking around your delivery location
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
If you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
